Coconut mango overnight oatmeal

Oatmeal does not get any easier, mix everything up at night, and then take it out of the fridge once you’re ready to go in the morning. Oatmeal is a high-fiber morning meal that’sĀ been shown to help lower blood cholesterol levels, aid with digestion and improve metabolism.


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (or oatmeal as long as it is not instant oatmeal)
  • 1/2 cup. unsweetened almond milk (or water)
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced (or other fruit)
  • 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup


  1. Stir together all ingredients in a resealable jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving and add additional almond milk (for a thinner consistency).
