Oatmeal does not get any easier, mix everything up at night, and then take it out of the fridge once you’re ready to go in the morning. Oatmeal is a high-fiber morning meal that’s been shown to help lower blood cholesterol levels, aid with digestion and improve metabolism.
1/2 cup rolled oats (or oatmeal as long as it is not instant oatmeal)
1/2 cup. unsweetened almond milk (or water)
1/2 cup mango, diced (or other fruit)
1 tbsp. shredded coconut
1 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Stir together all ingredients in a resealable jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir before serving and add additional almond milk (for a thinner consistency).
