What do you get?

  • Personal online intake of 30 minutes
  • 6 group sessions of 60 minutes
  • Watch documentary “Hungry for change”
  • Useful hand-outs with tips and information

 

How does it work?

  • Minimum of 4 participants, maximum 10
  • Costs = 150 per person
  • Sessions can not be re-scheduled or replaced. If you should miss a session, you will get all the material used during the session.
